Skontrolujte, či zadávate správny email a heslo. Ak iPad žiada overovací kód, pozrite ho na inom Apple zariadení alebo v SMS. Pri zabudnutom hesle použite obnovu hesla Apple ID. Bez správneho Apple ID môžu prestať fungovať iCloud, App Store a zálohy
