Skontroluj, či má počítač napaľovaciu mechaniku, nie iba čítaciu. Vlož prázdne CD alebo DVD a počkaj, či ho Windows rozpozná. Ak disk nejde napáliť, môže byť nekvalitný, poškodený alebo mechanika už nefunguje dobre. Dnes je často jednoduchšie použiť USB kľúč
