Skontroluj, či je poloha zapnutá v mobile. Potom otvor nastavenia aplikácie a povoľ jej prístup k polohe. Niektoré aplikácie majú možnosti povoliť polohu vždy, iba pri používaní alebo vôbec. Vyber aspoň možnosť pri používaní aplikácie
