Skontrolujte, či kamera nie je zakrytá obalom, prstom alebo špinou. Držte iPad tak, aby dobre videl vašu tvár. Ak Face ID zlyháva často, otvorte Nastavenia, Face ID a kód a nastavte tvár znova. Vždy majte zapamätaný aj číselný kód
