Ak sa YouTube vôbec nespustí, najprv skontrolujte internetové pripojenie. Skúste otvoriť inú stránku alebo inú aplikáciu. Ak internet funguje, zatvorte YouTube a otvorte ho znova. Na mobile môže pomôcť reštart telefónu, na televízore reštart zariadenia alebo odpojenie z elektriny na jednu minútu
