Prehliadač v Smart TV nemusí dobre podporovať streamovacie služby. Ak SWEET.TV v prehliadači nejde, nemusí to byť chyba účtu. Spoľahlivejšie je použiť oficiálnu aplikáciu, TV box, Chromecast alebo notebook pripojený cez HDMI
