VPN nemusí fungovať pre slabý internet, zlé heslo alebo chybu aplikácie. Skús VPN vypnúť a zapnúť, prípadne reštartovať počítač. Ak po zapnutí VPN nejdú webové stránky, vypni ju a over, či internet funguje bez nej. Pri pracovnej VPN môže byť potrebná pomoc správcu
